A vegetarian favourite at Letizza Pizza Bases! Simple and delicious, Make sure you don’t forget the Pine nuts as they give this pizza a great crunch!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
Spread the LETIZZA base with tomato paste, if you don’t have the sachet with your base, use 2 tablespoons of your favourite tomato pizza base sauce.
Sprinkle over the base some cheese, making sure you take the cheese to the edge of the pizza
Cut 2cm chunks of roasted pumpkin over the top
Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the base is crisp
Sprinkle to serve some spinach leaves and pine nuts
Your pizza is ready to serve!
