Letizza Chilli Seafood Pizza
The Letizza Chilli Seafood Pizza is a favourite with our customers. Bring out this special in Spring or Summer when your friends are over and they won’t want to leave!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
Spread Mutti Passata across the Letizza Pizza Base
In a sauce pan cook the green prawns and squid in with the remaining Passata sauce and add some chill for taste
Cook prawns for 15 minutes, let rest
Spread the thinly sliced red capsicum across the pizza base
Sprinkle the cooked prawns and squid across the pizza base
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the whole pizza base
Cook for 5 minutes or until the base is crisp
Take out the oven and top the pizza base with fresh shredded basil leaves, sprinkle chilli over the top too if you feel like it
Your pizza is ready to serve!
