Gourmet Smoked Salmon
Our Smoked Salmon recipe is an absolute favourite in the office at Letizza, we sometimes even use cream cheese on the base instead of mozzarella, cook and top! Simply delicious!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
Spread the LETIZZA base with tomato paste, if you don’t have the sachet with your base, use 2 tablespoons of your favourite tomato pizza base sauce.
Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese around the edges of the base and bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese on top is melted and golden.
Top with fresh rocket, thinly sliced Smoked Salmon and crumbled fetta.
Your pizza is ready to serve!
Hint! If your not a smoked salmon fan, try chutney on the base and brie to serve perfect appetizer
