Potato & Rosemary Pizza
The Potato & Rosemary Pizza is a delicious white base pizza option for the family, nothing beats the oven roasted smell of potato and rosemary, if you’re a fan of anchovies add some for a salty taste!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
Slice the potatoes thinly, and add to a food processor to begin the puree process, add a sprinkle of parmesan for taste and salt and pepper.
Spread the LETIZZA base with the puree
Add the slices of potatoes
For anchovy fans add some anchovy for taste
Sprinkle rosemary over the top
Cook for 7 – 10 minutes or until the base is crisp
Your pizza is ready to serve!
